Prom was a little different this year, as Leadership collaborated with School Without Walls. Leadership’s theme was The Great Gatsby, while School Without Walls chose Old Hollywood.
Prom took place at Villa Russo in Queens and was a beautiful night for all of the seniors. There was plenty of dancing, along with a wide variety of food options to choose from. Students could even enjoy an all-you-can-eat dessert bar.
Later in the evening, Natasha Camacho and Fernando Cepeda were announced as Prom King and Queen. Congratulations to them and to all of our seniors for helping make prom such an enjoyable event for everyone!
As graduation approaches, I would like to give a big thank you to all of our staff members and seniors for everything they have done to make our school what it is today. I would also like to give a special shoutout to our Lead News teacher, Mr. Feyder, for his dedication and commitment to this club. Another thank you goes out to all of the Lead News editors for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
As the seniors graduate, I hope they take with them all of the memories and lessons they have gained during their four years at Leadership. Best wishes to the Class of 2026 as they move forward into the future!
