Dear Ms. Fudge,
In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, I want to take the time to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible impact you’ve had on our school and on me personally.
Even though you haven’t been at our school for very long, your presence has already made a lasting impression. It’s rare for someone to join a community and immediately become such a trusted, respected, and well-loved figure—but you’ve done just that. From the moment you arrived, your positive energy, bright smile, and open-hearted nature made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable around you.
What stands out the most about you is your ability to make every student feel seen, heard, and valued. You take the time to listen, to understand, and to offer your support in ways that truly matter. Whenever someone is facing a challenge, you’re one of the first people they go to—not just because you’re a teacher, but because you’re someone who truly cares. Your patience and compassion shine through in everything you do.
You create a classroom environment that feels safe and welcoming—a space where students can learn, grow, and be themselves without fear of judgment. Your sense of humor, your encouragement, and the way you treat everyone with respect make a huge difference in our daily lives. It’s more than just teaching—it’s about the connections you build and the heart you put into your work.
I’ve seen how you uplift others, even when you might be having a tough day yourself. That strength and selflessness are inspiring. You’ve taught us more than just academic lessons—you’ve shown us the importance of kindness, empathy, and community.Around the same time last year in May I was very stressed about my first AP exam and I talked to you about it and you were very comforting and told me your experiences with AP exams. After the conversation I felt much better because it was nice to hear that a teacher had the same experience when taking an AP exam.
Thank you, Ms. Fudge, for everything you’ve done for us. Thank you for being someone we can trust, laugh with, and learn from. You may not have been here long, but
